Oh Christmas Tree!

Yesterday we went and bought out Christmas Tree! This has been a George Family Tradition--to go to Green Thumb as a family and pick out the perfect tree for our home. So, I was excited to bring it to the Tanner list of traditions! Nate's family had a beautiful fake tree growing up, so going to the fresh tree lot was a new experience for him! Terry's Christmas Trees saved the day. It was so fun!


Here's Terry (owner of the lot--an Oregon native) getting our tree cut to the perfect size! He was so sweet and nice and basically did anything we asked so that we would come back next year! He was a great example of putting the customer first!


Our little tree was perfect! We love it!

What a fun family first! We still have never gotten a Christmas tree since we've been married. We always go to one of our parents' for the holidays, and our apartment is so small, it just doesn't make sense. But I can't wait for the first Christmas when we get to go buy a tree as a family. How fun!
