Weekend in Southern California

We had the BEST weekend in Southern California! Getting away, and being in the sun is so much fun, but spending time with family made it awesome. Here are some pics and a small synopsis:

Day 1: Spent the morning in Valencia with my mom, visited my sister Maren and her boyfriend Alec at Hart High School. Then headed to Orange County and spent the day with Nate's immediate family at Balboa Island. Great family time!

Day 2: Stephen and Kim Carlson Sanford's Wedding in the San Diego Temple! It was a beautiful ceremony and such a gorgeous day! Had a great time!

On Sunday we stopped back in Valencia and met up with my parents and also my brother's family. This is my cousin, Carson (age 3) who we got to see! He picked a leaf for me--what a gem. Below: In driving from San Diego to Redlands for the wedding reception, we were able to stop at my sister's house in Vista and hang out with her, her husband, and my cousin and his fiancee! It was such a blast!

Such a fun weekend, but also loved coming home to NorCal!
