I made these the other day for a bridal shower at work, and they were super yummy. They turned out kind of like a pop over, in that they're mostly hollow in the middle. I'm definitely keeping this recipe, as they'd be perfect for baby shower, bridal shower, etc for something savory and easy. Enjoy!

Cheddar Cheese Puffs
