Family Vacation 2010

This year, the Georges spent their annual family vacation in Park City Utah! We had an awesome time! Here are some of our memories...

We spent one day at Rockport State Park kayaking, swimming, etc. Here's some of the group enjoying our tinfoil lunch/dinners! I made sure that those were part of the itinerary because I love them.

Grampie and Riley roasting marshmallows for s'mores (also on the itinerary)

We had a great day at the Park City Resort on the Alpine Slide, kiddie rides, etc. The kids couldn't get enough!

Griffin, waiting his turn here, loved the Alpine slide so much that he would climb back on the track after his ride was complete.

My mom, in her infinite grandma wisdom, organized a treasure hunt for the kids one day. Eliza ended up with all of the beads, and absolutely loved them!

We hiked little Emigration Canyon one day. Parts of this trail are still original. It was used first by the Donner Party, then by the Mormon Pioneers who were just about at the end of their journey.

We went to the Olympic Park, where they held a lot of the Olympic events, and watched aerial skiiers do tricks landing in a huge pool. Here's my little sister enjoying the show.

Two little groundhogs trying out the bobsleds.

Fun day!

On one of our last days we went to the Wasatch County Fair. Eliza is about to try her first fried oreo... It was such a great vacation!

I should go up to Park City more--there are clearly many fun activities I've yet to try!
