Well, we're getting ready for playoffs over here, complete with ordering a 3-month cable subscription. After all, how is a sportswriter supposed to write about Lakers playoffs when he can't even watch all of the games? It will be fun to watch some games together and maybe a couple episodes of the Office (I thought Will Farrell did a good job, even though he is normally one of my least favorite actors). But, I'm sure I'll be eager to rid our home of it once those 3 months are over. Anyways, Claire is really excited for basketball playoffs, and some good quality NBA time with Daddy!

"Daddy--basketball seems great, and I'm glad that you like it so much, but I promise that my feet are WAY more entertaining."
She's so excited!
And SO happy. 5 months is an awesome age--I'm absolutely loving it! She still can't move (roll, scoot, etc), so I'm enjoying these last months of being able to put her down and know that she won't go anywhere. Because, within just a few months, that is all going to drastically change! And, she's super happy and giggly, and I love being able to get big smiles from her all day. We love our little Laker Girl.
