Last week, Claire and I spent a couple of days with my brother and his family at their house in the mountains. Along with working in the garden, spending time in the treehouse, going on a walk, and other outdoor activity, Tag took me and Carson on a ride in his newest love--his Baja Bug. Fixing them up and taking them on trips which usually include some sort of ditches or dunes is his favorite thing right now. He has two of them, one covered and one not, and we went out in "Yellow Bug" on some logging roads near their house. It had rained the night before, so any potholes/pools were full of muddy water. And, did we go around them? Nope! We went right through! We were sprayed with mud water, and the extra fun was that since we were in a convertible, we got to feel/taste that water first hand!

Everytime you visit your brother and his family it seems like such an adventure. They should probably start offering tours to the public.
