A lot of times throughout the day, I think, "That would be a good facebook post.  I should post that." and then I never do.  So, I thought I'd write a few of them down as well as just random thoughts for my own documentation sake:

• When we first had Claire, Nathan would usually come home and ask, "What did you do today?"  Now, when he comes home, he asks, "Were you able to get a nap today?"  Smart man.
• Cooked grains are probably my least favorite food to clean up off the ground.  What is yours?  Any tips on making grain cleanup easier?  Sometimes I debate leaving them on the floor until they dry and are easy to wipe up, but that would just be gross.
• Isn't getting any work done on your car one of the worst things ever, unless you know something about cars?  You put your faith in a mechanic, hope they are honest, but I always figure that the parts that need fixing would usually be fine for a little while, and that it's always way more expensive than I think it should be.  I guess that shows my ignorance.
• Why is it that I feel guilty asking my friends to watch Claire?  Is it because there's a huge chance that she'll cry and say "Mommy" the whole time, like what happens when she goes to Nursery?  Or is it just hard for us as humans to ask other people for help?  "It takes a Village", right?  And, I would hope that my friends would call me if they needed someone to watch their kids, because I would do it for them anytime.  Why is that?
