South Street Seaport

Today I went to South Street Seaport! I hadn't heard much about this area, but it was cool. It's an area with lots of boats, shops and restaurants. Pier 17 sticks way out into the East River, and from behind the main building is an awesome view of the Brooklyn Bridge! It was fun to walk around and see the old mixed with new. They have some tall ships and those backdropped with huge skyscrapers was kind of funny!

I think I've been there before...it looks familiar. Maybe it was from one of the choir trips. New York is so amazing!
